Volunteer attorneys coach high school mock trial teams as they prepare to take a case from start to finish. The program culminates in mock trial competitions between schools and a State Championship at the Hawaii Supreme Court.
Similar to last year, this year’s competition will be conducted via a hybrid format. The hybrid format allows for schools across the State of Hawai’i to compete and build a community with minimal interruptions to the participant’s in-person schoolwork. Regardless of the format, we know that you and your students will put on amazing performances, gain disciplined organization skills, and improve their confidence in their oratory talents. Our targeted start date for the ACTUAL competition is in early-February of 2024.
The champions are eligible to compete in the National High School Mock Trial Championships which will be held in Wilmington, Delaware on May 2-5, 2024.
