IMPORTANT INFORMATION: CERTIFICATES
CLE Certificates and Credit Information
Certificates awarded for HSBA CLE Programs are stored electronically for you and are available to view at any time in your CLE Account. However, ALL OTHER CLE PROVIDER certificates are not stored in your HSBA CLE Account. Contact the provider directly if you require assistance with their program certificates.
HSBA CLE programs are approved for ethics and/or CLE credit to satisfy Hawaii CLE requirement as set forth in Rule 22 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii.
Members who wish to apply HSBA CLE Credits toward other jurisdictions’ attorney requirements must make the appropriate inquiry with such other jurisdictions on their own.
You are responsible for maintaining your own certificates:
"Each active Bar member shall . . . maintain certification records for the three most recent reporting periods." RSCH 22(d).
