Paul R. Mow is a Honolulu-based attorney, AI strategist, and legal technology consultant with over three decades of experience in criminal prosecution and public service. A graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa (BBA in Management Information Systems, MBA) and the University of Oregon School of Law, Mow served as Chief of Staff at the Honolulu Department of the Prosecuting Attorney, overseeing a workforce of approximately 275 employees, before retiring on February 28, 2026. He is the founder of Mow Technologies LLC, building ethical AI workflows and innovative AI language support systems for underserved Pacific Island communities across Hawaiʻi. Advocates AI literacy through workshops and presentations focused on the governance, accountability, ethics, and responsible oversight of AI systems.
