To develop and encourage the practice of the highest standards of conduct for attorneys in the State of Hawai'i and particularly among litigation attorneys;
To aid and assist the Section's members in their practice as it relates to litigation;
To provide a forum for the exchange of experiences and ideas through discussion, study, and publication;
To take such action necessary and proper to accomplish the purposes of the Section as expressed in these Bylaws and in the Articles and Bylaws of the Hawai'i State Bar Association.
