SECTION purpose
Purposes of the International Law Section
- To develop and encourage the practice of the highest standards of conduct for attorneys in the State of Hawai'i and particularly among attorneys in the field of international law in the State;
- To aid and assist the Section's members in the performance of their legal duties within the framework of international law;
- To provide a forum for the exchange of experiences and ideas through discussion, study, and publication;
- To take such action necessary and proper to accomplish the purposes of the Section as expressed in these Bylaws and in the Articles and Bylaws of the Hawai'i State Bar Association.
