Purposes of the Family Law Section
- The purpose of this section is to serve and promote the interests of its members, the Hawaii State Bar Association, the Judiciary and the general public in the field of Family Law. This purpose shall be achieved through continuing education, public awareness and advocacy with the Judiciary and the Legislature.
