To develop and encourage the practice of the highest standards by attorneys in the State of Hawaii practicing in the area of natural resources law;
To aid and assist the Section's members in the performance of their legal duties;
To provide a forum for the exchange of experiences and ideas through discussion, study and publication;
To take such action necessary and proper to accomplish the purposes of the Section as expressed in these Bylaws and the Articles and Bylaws of the Hawai'i State Bar Association.
