SECTION purpose
Purposes of the Corporate Counsel Section
- To develop and encourage the practice of the highest standards of conduct for attorneys in the State of Hawai'i and particularly among attorneys employed by corporations in the State;
- To aid and assist the Section's members in the performance of their legal duties within the corporate framework;
- To provide a forum for the exchange of experiences and ideas through discussion, study, and publication;
- To take such action necessary and proper to accomplish the purposes of the
- Section as expressed in these Bylaws and in the Articles and Bylaws of the Hawai'i State Bar Association.
