CONFIRM Your Contact Information

Be sure to log into your HSBA Account to confirm your contact information. Future announcements will be sent to your mailing and e-mail address on file. If you are having problems logging in, use the Forgot My Password link to reset and create a new password that you can remember. If you are unable to successfully log-in within 5 attempts you will be locked out of your account and will need to contact HSBA (during business hours) to unlock your account before proceeding.

Mailing in 2025 Renewal with Payment

Please CLICK HERE for instructions to mail-in your renewal payment via check. Before mailing your payment, please log into your account and print your 2025 form by clicking on ‘My Account’ and navigating to the ‘Annual Renewal Archive’ tab. In addition, print your Invoice by navigating to the ‘Invoices/Receipts’ tab. Mail both your 2025 form and Invoice with your payment. If you have mailed in your form with payment, please check our Mailed-in Forms Received list for your attorney number today after noon. If your JD# appears on the list, we have received your form and payment, but it has not been processed yet. You will receive a receipt once it is processed. Important Information Regarding Changing Status

2025 online registration forms should not be used to change your status for licensing year 2024. Change of status requests effective in 2024 must be received and processed by December 16th. Contact the HSBA staff at ars@hsba.org. 2025 change of status to Inactive Voluntary must be received no later than 12/31/24 without having to pay the Active dues and fees.

Retirement and Resignation

If you are contemplating retiring or resigning from the practice of law, please contact the HSBA staff at ars@hsba.org for options, CLE and Ethics requirements, recommendations, and instructions before the 2025 license registration period begins on December 1st.

CLE & Ethics Requirements

Members maintaining ACTIVE membership status in 2024 must complete the CLE and Ethics credit requirements by December 31, 2024, as set forth under RSCH 22, and prior to renewing one’s 2025 license to avoid an automatic compliance audit.
