FORMAL COMPLAINTS

The HSBA’s Attorney-Client Relations programs provide fair and accessible options for resolving fee disagreements and guidance on filing formal complaints or misconduct reports through the appropriate offices.

Fee Dispute Program

This program provides an option for resolving fee disputes; however the program is limited in scope and jurisdiction. Due to the voluntary nature of the program, logistics and other limitations, it is not a fit for all and any disputes forwarded to our office.
