Summary:
With six-figure defense costs and zero room for error, trust accounting mistakes are among the most preventable—and most expensive—threats to your license.
This session goes beyond the rules to show you what trust account prosecutions really look like in practice, how compliance monitoring and forensic audits work, and how to set up internal systems that catch problems before regulators do.
We’ll also cover the fundamentals—trust accounting basics, reconciliation, and how to know with certainty that you're in compliance. No more guesswork.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the minimum standards and a practical strategy for staying off the discipline report and out of the headlines.
