Nicholas Manago is a Financial Advisor with WestPac Wealth Partners, where he helps individuals, families, and business owners develop personalized strategies to pursue their financial goals. His approach is centered on building meaningful relationships, understanding each client's unique priorities, and providing clarity around their financial decisions.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Mr. Manago graduated from Moanalua High School before continuing his baseball career at Concordia University Irvine, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. His experience as a collegiate athlete shaped the discipline, competitiveness, and commitment he brings to his career.
Mr. Manago is actively involved with the non-profit, Hawaii Bicycling League, and is also a proud member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers.

Seth Buckley has spent his career counseling clients in the areas of entrepreneurship, law, and corporate matters. As a business consultant and law expert, Mr. Buckley is steadfastly dedicated to creative problem solving, presenting candid advice and risk assessment, and exhausting every possibility. From entrepreneurial and emerging ventures to capital structuring, cross-border transactions, intellectual property strategies, scaling and expansion, and business exit planning, Seth has journeyed with clients through every critical stage of the business cycle.
Mr. Buckley loves the Asia Pacific region and has traveled there extensively. Seth's sojourns include legal studies (at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong) and working for law firms in Hawaii, Australia and China. While working abroad in complex cross-border transactions, Seth learned firsthand the critical importance of blending legal analysis into cultural, practical, and financial strategies. Seth has held business law seminars and lectured throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including here at home as a guest lecturer at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa. While in China, Seth published several articles on the 2008 Financial Crises and Chinese commercial law and practice.
Mr. Buckley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Marketing, and Graphic Design, an MBA from Chaminade University, and a Juris Doctorate from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii. He served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Faris and Honorable Lloyd King for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawai‘i before working as an attorney at several prominent law firms in Honolulu. Previously, he was appointed by Rick Blangiardi to serve as Chair of the Honolulu Liquor Commission.

Outside of the office, being a father has been my life's passion and the reason I do what I do. I love spending time with my beautiful wife Jenn and our children, daughter Teagan and son Harvey.

Charles Au has over 30 years of public accounting experience servicing closely held companies in the Hawaii and the U.S. west coast markets.
At Business Tax Advisors Hawaii, Mr. Au is the current managing partner and leads one of the larger locally grown certified public accounting firms in the state.
The firm has expertise in the construction, real estate development and professional services industries with nearly three out of every four clients of the firm operating in these sectors. In addition to providing our traditional compliance services – we offer a more proactive, advisory and planning based service combined with a wider range of value-added solutions (available through our “virtual family office”). By offering collaborative accounting, tax, and consulting services on a subscription basis, our hope is to deliver important tax compliance and business planning advice and services to clients in an ongoing, and cost-manageable way.
Mr. Au is the past president of The Pacific Club, board member of the Hawaii Tax Institute, past president of Hawaii Estate Planning Council, current treasurer and board member of the Air Force Civilian Advisory Committee and served as a board member with BIA Hawaii and Associated Builders and Contractors – Hawaii chapter.
Mr. Au is an avid golfer and paddle tennis player. He enjoys spending time with his wife, six children and 2 grandchildren.
