Suzanne Donnels is a global legal marketing and business development strategist, fractional CMO, and technologist with more than 30 years of experience helping law firms strengthen client relationships and drive growth. A former Chief Marketing Officer for leading international firms in Canada and the United States, she understands the operational realities, partnership dynamics, and competitive pressures that shape law firm decision-making.
Through Suzanne Donnels Consulting, Ms. Donnels helps firms connect strategy with execution, using client feedback, relationship intelligence, and practical business development planning to protect key relationships, support succession, and identify growth opportunities. She provides senior-level strategic guidance without requiring firms to build a full-time internal marketing function.
Ms. Donnels is a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.

Mr. Seo is the President/CEO and Managing Member of the HON Discovery Group, Hawaii and MSEO Consulting of San Francisco, a national consulting and advisory firm specializing in Computer Forensics, eDiscovery and Trial Presentation Support.
With over 30 years of experience in the legal services industry, Mr. Seo has specialized in providing litigation support services as the Forensics and eDiscovery Manager of AMLAW 100 law firms, software developer and as a Forensics and eDiscovery consultant
A Graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Mr. Seo is a frequent speaker on Forensics and eDiscovery Issues at International Conferences, ILTA, ABA Tech Show, Relativity Fest, Everlaw’s Annual Conference and at several Law Schools, including UC Law San Francisco (formerly Hastings Law School), UC Berkeley School of Law (formerly Boalt Law School) and at University of Hawaii’s Richardson School of Law (still Richardson School of Law).

Patricia “Patty” Hartnett, is a Director of Legal Support Services at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP in Los Angeles, CA. She has been at MTO for 16 years and specializes in managing billable staff professionals from seven divisions, trial logistics, overseeing a recurring 2 year Litigation Analyst program, legal graphics, and general staffing on projects/case teams. Patty has extensive experience in Litigation throughout the entire lifecycle from investigations through appeal including case management, budgeting, overseeing large team document reviews, training initiatives, trial logistics coordination and managing personnel.
Prior to MTO, Ms. Harnett has worked in AmLaw 50 litigation law firms for over 30 years both in Los Angeles and NYC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pace University and several technical certifications.
