Andrea K. Ushijima, Program Chair, is a partner with the law firm of Cades Schutte LLP, where she practices in the areas of banking, real estate and finance. Ms. Ushijima received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, her M.B.A. from the Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaii, and her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, where she served as the Executive Editor for Publications and Research for the University of Hawaii Law Review.  


Kimi Ide-Foster,

Kimi Ide-Foster is a partner with the law firm of Chun Kerr LLP, where she practices in the areas of real estate, commercial finance and general business transactions. Ms. Ide-Foster received her Bachelor’s degree from Pitzer College, and her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, where she served as staff editor for the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal.


Kolby K. Kahahawai,

Kolby K. Kahahawaiis an associate with the law firm of Chun Kerr LLP, where she practices in the areas of real estate and business transactions. Ms. Kahahawai received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands, and her law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii.


Ikaika B. Rawlins,

Ikaika B. Rawlins is of counsel with the law firm of Chun Kerr LLP, where he practices in the areas of real estate and business transactions, financing, real estate and business structuring, and tax planning. Mr. Rawlins received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii-Hilo, and his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii.


Mauna Kea Trask,
Cades Schutte LLP
Mauna Kea Trask is a partner with the law firm of Cades Schutte LLP, where he practices in the areas of real estate, and litigation. His experience includes working with governmental regulatory processes and litigation in administrative, state and federal venues. Mr. Trask received his Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University, and his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii. Prior to joining Cades Schutte LLP, Mauna Kea was the County Attorney for the County of Kauai from 2014 to 2018.
