Working with Military Client, The Basics of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (RECORDED)

This program is a recording of the Live Seminar held on January 24, 2018.
If you attended the live program; You cannot claim CLE for watching this recorded program.

Working with military clients can be a challenge: we speak a different language, have a different culture, and have special laws carved out just for us. This program will address the basic protections of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Designed to give servicemembers the peace of mind that legal issues at home will not distract them from their military duties, the SCRA provides servicemembers protections against default judgments, lease and contract disputes, and interest rate caps. Come and learn what issues to look for when working with a military client.
