Franklin Don Pacarro, Jr., Esq. has served as the Administrator of the Honolulu Liquor Commission since July 2014 and will share his expertise with the Bar in this special presentation. 

Mr. Pacarro will provide an overview of the process of applying for a license as well as possible shortcuts. He will also address parts of the HRS that cover the Lawful Operation of licensee establishments to help steer your clients clear of potential violations and liability.
