HWL- Women On Boards and Commissions (RECORDED)

This program is a recording of the Live Seminar held on March 28, 2016.
If you attended the live program; You cannot claim CLE for watching this recorded program.

Many of our state's most important business is transacted in private board rooms and public commissions, where women remain woefully underrepresented. Help us address this bias and diversity need by learning how to apply for appointment to boards and commissions, and how to help shape the work they do. Our speakers will discuss recruitment and appointment for boards and commissions, and key ethical issues involving service on a board or commission, including conflicts of interest, disclosure, state ethics rules, and professional ethics rules.
