Summary:
I have received a letter from the ODC, what do I do?! Don’t panic. This CLE will discuss what to do if you receive a letter from ODC, and best practices on how to avoid complaints altogether.

We will be discussing how the ODC processes complaints from start to finish: the types of sanctions and factors at play for imposing them, common types of complaints, and some recent opinions and updates. All of these topics will be covered with an eye toward best practices and preventing misconduct.
