The Biden Administration: Employers and Employees
(RECORDED)

This program is a recording of the Live Webcast Seminar held on March 3, 2021.

If you attended the live webcast; You cannot claim CLE for watching this recorded program.

Summary:
As attorneys we know that whenever the Administration changes from one political party to the next, we should expect changes in the way federal enforcement agencies approach labor and employment issues.  But this time is a little different.  We are in the middle of a global pandemic, a global economic crisis, and a political crisis.  So, what’s the Biden Administration doing or planning to do?

This seminar will review the Biden Administration’s efforts to install his team and change priorities at the:
Centers for Disease Control;
Occupational Safety and Health Administration;
U.S. Department of Labor (including the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs);
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and
The National Labor Relations Board.

We will also briefly review the Biden Administration’s approach to working with Congress (for example, on the new Stimulus Package).
