If you encounter a potential client who has been arrested for OVUII/DUI would you know how to analyze a DUI case so that you can be ethically effective and do justice for your client? DUI cases are a specific subset in criminal defense. Many attorneys may not know how to examine the case or what to do. This is a beginning DUI case seminar that will provide an overview of a DUI case in the state of Hawaii.
