2019 Hawaii Land Use Law Conference
Registration is open!




Registration for the biennial 2019 Hawaii Land Use Law Conference is now open. Presented by the HSBA Real Property and Financial Services Section (RPFSS), the UH Law School, and the Hawaii State Bar Association, this 2 day conference is a must attend for any attorney or professional whose practice involves land use and development.

 

Distinguished land-use practitioners, scholars, planners, and regulators from Hawaii and the Mainland will discuss timely and relevant issues, including:

• Monster Houses: Ordinances and Enforcement
• TMT, Public Trust and Native Hawaiian Rights
• Climate Change Regulation
• Legislative Update
• TOD and TIAR Ordinances and Implementation
• Takings
• Drones
• Affordable Housing

• Ethical Considerations for Practitioners
  

Date and Time: The Conference will run from 9am to 5pm on Thursday, January 24, 2019 and 9am to 4pm on Friday, January 25, 2019.

CLE Credits:

Completion of the 2 day seminar will provide 13 CLE credits, 2.25 of which are Ethics.

Cost:
$200 RPFSS Section Members and Government Attorneys
$300 All other HSBA Members
$325 Other Professionals

Cost includes registration for both days.  You must register for both days.

Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellation requests must be received (in writing to cle@hsba.org or mail) by Thursday, January 17, 2019 for a full refund. There will be no refunds for No-Shows.
