Credit: This seminar qualifies for 1 Ethics CLE Credit.
Reminder: RSCH Rule 22(b) requires one CLE credit in ethics or professionalism education to be completed every three-years. The current block period to complete the ethics requirement is 2015-2017.

Cost includes the LIVE webcast ONLY which will run from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm HST.
Same day registrants are welcome, but please register at least one hour before the webcast.
Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellation requests must be received by Friday, July 21, 2017 for a full refund. There will be no refunds if you miss the live webcast. Please check your system requirements early to avoid missing the program. Availability of HSBA Staff assistance will be limited on the day of the program.
Social media is no longer a novelty, but part of everyday life. As a result, attorneys need to know how to navigate through ethical challenges created by social media use, whether the users are themselves, clients, witnesses, or jurors. Come learn about the intersection between legal ethics and social media conduct in various aspects of legal practice, including legal advertising, networking, case investigation, client confidentiality, and more.
