Social media is no longer a novelty, but part of everyday life.  As a result, attorneys need to know how to navigate through ethical challenges created by social media use, whether the users are themselves, clients, witnesses, or jurors.  Come learn about the intersection between legal ethics and social media conduct in various aspects of legal practice, including legal advertising, networking, case investigation, client confidentiality, and more.
