Intellectual property regulations were affected by executive orders, prohibition of scandalous trademarks may be unconstitutional, exporting only one component of a patented invention is not infringement, and using Administrative Procedures Act standards to challenge patent invalidations by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board are just a few of the things that will be covered.
