It will also cover the basics of using more advanced search methods that rely on computer algorithms to discriminate between relevant and non-relevant documents. Our speakers will explain—and show through a live demonstration—how technology-assisted review (“TAR”) works, describe the different types of TAR on the market, and provide a high-level overview of the scientific evidence for and case law surrounding the use of TAR.
