Summary:
This program will provide informed speculation and educated guesses on possible changes to federal income, estate, and gift taxes in the coming years. With a newly elected President and narrow majorities in both Houses of Congress, Democrats may be looking to reverse certain tax policies as well as to pursue progressive initiatives. We will discuss some of the most likely results of these efforts and offer strategies for advisors looking to navigate the coming uncertainty.
