If you do not renew by February 28, 2023, your license will be SUSPENDED for non-payment.
To be reinstated a $300 reinstatement fee must be paid.

CONFIRM Your Contact Information
Be sure to log into your HSBA Account to confirm your contact information. Future announcements will be sent to your mailing and e-mail address on file. If you are having problems logging in, use the Forgot My Password link to reset and create a new password that you can remember. If you are unable to successfully log-in within 5 attempts you will be locked out of your account and will need to contact HSBA (during business hours) to unlock your account before proceeding.

Mailing in 2023 Renewal with Payment
Please CLICK HERE for instructions on choosing to mail-in your 2023 renewal forms to pay with check. Before mailing your payment, please log into your account and print your 2023 form by clicking on ‘My Account’ and navigating to the ‘Annual Renewal Archive’ tab. In addition, print your Invoice by navigating to the ‘Invoices/Receipts’ tab. Mail both your 2023 form and Invoice with your payment. If you have mailed in your form with payment, please check our Mailed-in Forms Received list for your attorney number today after noon. If your JD# appears on the list, we have received your form and payment, but it has not been processed yet. You will receive a receipt once it is processed. CHANGE of STATUS
2023 online registration forms should NOT be used to change your status for licensing year 2022. Change of status requests effective in 2022 must be received and processed by December 16th. Members maintaining Active status in 2022 MUST complete CLE requirement by December 31, 2022.

 December 26, 2022 and January 2, 2023: Holiday Office Closure
*December 31, 2022 is a Saturday. The Alakea Tower Building and the HSBA office will be closed that day. Please keep this in mind if you anticipate needing HSBA staff services to complete 2023 license registration and/or CLE requirements.
