Sat Freedman is a Deputy Public Defender and is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law, Class of 2001.  He would like to continue to serve on the YLD board, as he recognizes that not only does the YLD serve as an excellent resource for new attorneys by helping them network with their peers, but its many community service activities raise the stature of lawyers in the eyes of the community while simultaneously giving them the opportunity to provide a little advice, and perhaps some peace of mind, to people who might not be able to afford an attorney.  Over the past few years, Mr. Freedman has personally benefitted both from socializing at numerous YLD pau hana events and from volunteering for YLD programs such as the Legal Line Clinic, and he would like to continue helping to provide those benefits to others by serving as the Secretary of the YLD board.  He is committed to enhancing the dual social and service aspects of the YLD, and he would greatly appreciate your vote.
