Training sessions will be made available by appointment for the convenience of attorneys. The Access to Justice Room on the third floor of the Honolulu District Court needs volunteer attorneys to provide limited short-term legal advice to walk-in clients. Subject areas: residential landlord-tenant; consumer debt collection; and district court restraining orders. One hour of Mandatory Continuing Professional Education (MCPE) and two hours of Voluntary Continuing Legal Education (VCLE) credits will be available to those who attend the training.
