bar notes

The HSBA would like to welcome the new chairs of the HSBA Committee on Diversity, Equality and the Law -- Catherine A. Betts, Executive Director of the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women and Daniel M. Gluck of the American Civil Liberties Union of Hawaii!

New HSBA Benefits Partner: Cafe Che Pasta -- 15 percent food discount 4:30 p.m. to closing.

CAFE CHE PASTA one of downtown's most popular restaurants, conveniently located in Bishop Square is now a HSBA benefits dining partner.

Well-known for its varied menu and creative Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, featuring freshly-made pasta and Milanese pizza, CAFE CHE PASTA also offers a relaxing atmosphere for late afternoon meetings and dinner service. Monthly art exhibits, live entertainment including jazz, Salsa, Hawaiian, and contemporary music, add to the quality food service.

After a long day in court or in complex negotiations, wind down at CAFE CHE PASTA before going home or before going back to the office to clear your desk. Check out the website www.cafechepasta.com for the menu and a listing of daily specials. For reservations call 524-0004. Also available for catering and private events.

Just present your HSBA Membership Card for the 15% FOOD discount after 4:30 p.m. to closing. Misplaced your HSBA Membership Card? Contact Joanie Shiroma at 792-7347 or jshiroma@HSBA.org.

Please note we are trying this discount partnership with Cafe Che Pasta on a six-month trial and if successful will be continued so please patronize this friendly restaurant!

Coming soon: Additional restaurant and food establishment discount announcements for HSBA members courtesy of the HSBA Member Benefits Committee.
