Password Recovery

This page is to login to access member benefits such as our go!Mokulele online portal. If are unsure of your username and password, try the following:

Click on password recovery and enter your email address as you requested it listed in the HSBA database. An email will be immediately sent to your email address on file. It will provide you with both your username and password.

You may also try the following formula:
• Username is JD# and Last name (case sensitive).
• Password is first three letters of last name (case sensitive) and last four digits of SSN.
Example: 1111Smith/Smi4321

Note: If you have not submitted an email address to the HSBA or have requested it to be private, you may need to have the account set up. To get set up and have immediate access, contact HSBA at webinfo@hsba.org or call us at (808) 537-1868.

If you wish to make any changes to your membership information, please log-in using the same username and password to myhsba.org and click on the My Account Tab to make updates to your member profile. Contact Liberty Castillo at LCastillo@hsba.org if you encounter problems logging in.

*Normally, HSBA Members in good standing are able to change CONTACT INFORMATION online, however this function is disabled during the registration process.
